Step outside of your comfort zone.

Stepping outside of your comfort zone is a healthy process that enables you to learn and grow. It also enables your to restore your health. Eighty percent of our physical alilments are a direct consequence of how we choose to live. To restore your health you have to accept the responsibility for the factors that you can control. Confronting your own health issues can seem overwhelming and often people give up before they have even started.

Health and Wellness coaching provides the structure and motivation you need to identify, plan and prepare to step outside your comfort zone, and it provides encouragement and support during the process of achieving a your health and wellness goals.

It is exciting and rewarding to be involved in helping others realize their goals and dreams. I offer one-on-one coaching services that enable our clients to make positive changes in their personal lives and, as a result, in the lives of others and the world, too. Creating that level of change takes quality time, and I ask that my clients make a three-month minimum commitment to coaching. In exchange, I limit my practice to a select number of active clients at a time to ensure each client receives the level of focus and quality that he or she deserves.

A three-month coaching program typically follows the outline below, but it can be tailored to meet each client’s needs. Many clients find this schedule aggressive, especially if working full time. It is important to realize that most of the work is done outside of the coaching meeting. A reasonable expectation is to set aside an hour a day, six days a week, for the first 12 weeks in order to get the most out of your initial goal-setting sessions.

  • Week One: Confirm expectations
  • Week Two: Build a strong foundation
  • Week Three: Assess what you want
  • Week Four: Explore the possibilities
  • Week Five: Define your goal
  • Week Six: Prioritize what you need to do first
  • Week Seven: Prepare a strategy
  • Week Eight: Identify required resources
  • Week Nine: Create an action plan
  • Week 10: Move from plan to action
  • Week 11: Set expectations for follow-up encouragement and accountability
  • Week 12: Establish next steps and closure

For my clients who have completed three months of coaching and have developed a specific action plan, I offer ongoing follow through on a month-to-month basis. My coaching services include:
