Project Insight  is an in-depth review of the project management process that was used on a project you have worked on either as an entrepreneur, project manager,  or project team member.  The learning objective is to review and understand the impact of the five project management process groups, relevant managerial skills, and key project management knowledge areas on a project’s success. In the course of the review you will develop a personal professional development plan by identifying what went well as well as the areas that you would like to improve upon.

Leverage Life, Learn, and Earn

Leverage Life, Learn, and Earn is an exciting way to accomplish a personal project , hone your project management skills, and earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) all at the same time.  You will work with your Learning Guide to develop a custom tailored course to fit your unique needs.  The basic framework for this course is to use the core project management process groups, relevant managerial skills, and selected project management knowledge areas to complete your own personal project.  At the end of course you will have completed a project charter, stake holder analysis, communication plan, project plan.
